The event was focussed on tourist drives and the further development of the Catalpa Coast Tourist Drive from Fremantle to south of Mandurah. There were some great presentations from local Visitor Centres and Local Governments as well as inspiring presentations from Yvonne Bradfield (Highway 20) and Jac Berbeek (Golden Quest Trial and Outback Way) on the establishment and ongoing management of tourist trails. A report on the forum will be sent to those involved and other stakeholders when completed and a number of actions are being progressed from the forum including the establishment of a task force to guide the further development of the Catalpa Coast Tourist Drive.
